Our house has changed its clothes, it has been transformed! Our family, strengthened by the enthusiasm and emotions experienced in recent years, decided to invest by renovating the house in an eco-sustainable way, preferring the use of natural materials, using renewable energy, insulating the entire property preventing any heat loss in order to ensure high living standards and at the same time allows you to reduce the impact on the environment and contain energy waste. Our house is located in the heart of the Gran Paradiso National Park as an ideal stopover point for summer and winter stays dedicated to sports and relaxation. In order to allow our guests to get to know and thus further appreciate the natural and cultural beauty of the Cogne Valley, officially recognized since 2010 as "Alpine Pearls," our house is also equipped with a charging station for electric cars and e-bikes. For the latter we have an agreement with a rental company in Cogne. In the basement of our house there is a heated and recirculating storage room where our winter guests can place their ski and mountaineering equipment to dry.
